Everything here felt perfect, it was a very comfortable stay at 11 pm night. Fantastic friendly and helpful staff, I thoroughly enjoyed them all. Rooms were great-sized and functional, and there was free Wi-Fi. The bathroom with a roll-in shower was a bonus.

The accommodation was very good located really close to all main attractions, Barrio de Las Letras, and nice bars, restaurants and a lot of great spots of Madrid, that's what I was expecting. Staff was very, very nice at all times, I liked it.

Beautiful accommodation with new-fashioned rooms short walk to the Prado Museum as well as the train station. Good and stunning location, at a walking distance from a prominent opera house. Nice surrounding, set to tourist sites.

Spacious room with high ceilings 🌟. Great location, just a 15-minute walk from a huge plaza. The check-in process was super quick and smooth, which was a big plus.

Recommend to others. From start to finish - a fairly nice experience for two nights. Welcoming staff, functional and neat room. Very quick check in. Comfy beds. A coffeemaker, refrigerators, and kitchenware in the kitchen. Good location close to the metro. And so close to a nearby cafe for croissants, and Plaza Mayor.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The venue had a nice atmosphere. I also liked having a microwave, air conditioning, and a personal safe. The building was well-maintained.

Location was peaceful and awesome, within easy walking distance of a world famous modern art museum. We met polite staff there. Served breakfast at chocolat, everything was fabulous. Beautiful style of the building was accompanied by the contemporary inner decor...

The apartment was very easy to find, if madrid is the capital city of spain then the apartments are right in the centre of madrid - excellent location. Staff very friendly and efficient. We requested two small cots for our 9 month old children and these were in place on arrival. Apartment was large and quite luxurious, better in fact than the advertising photographs. Definitely a chilled , up market vibe to the whole place. Leather sofas were comfortable and the layout of the apartment is quite ingenious with the partition / cooker / tv / wardrobe thing in place. Staff very accomodating and pleasant , genuinely warm and friendly in their approach and demeanour.. Air conditioning was excellent and added to the cool feel of the apartment. Excellent location right in the centre of the city. lots of bars , restaurants , eat out places + as I am irish O'neills bar + various irish bars all located within 5 mins walking distance. Overall very impressive and I would not hesitate to stay again. Thankyou to the staff for helping me with my small problem on my last day.

The neighborhood it is in is vibrant and lively, with plenty of options for dining and entertainment. the room is comfortable and well-decorated, with modern amenities. the shower is great and the wifi is reliable. One can also enjoy the interesting artwork in the apartment. the apartment is within walking distance to Plaza del Sol and the museums, making it convenient for sightseeing.

The communication about the key could have been clearer, as there was no need to telephone the front desk.

Great location. Our arrival was late and staff waited with keys. We were able to leave cases after checkout. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast option great idea!

Shower not great. Sound insulation poor. No instructions for the electrical appliances! I couldn't get the micro to work!

The bed is so comfortable and the location here is very central, with amazing and terrific staff, and great food.
